PVC SHEET PILE

PVC sheet piling – modern plastic piles, most often used to strengthen the Bank, analogous to the metal sheet piling Larsen. The main advantages of sheet piles are:
- economy (up to 50%, compared to metal sheet piling);
- durability (service life reaches 100 years);
The use of sheet piles made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is, first of all, "closing" those loads for which any metal sheet is clearly excessive. Savings only on the material reaches 50%. It is also worth noting the low weight of the sheet pile, which makes it easy to transport.

SP-200 SHEET PILE

The sheet pile has a classic "U" shape. In cross-section, it is close to the Larsen steel sheet pile.

SP-250 SHEET PILE

Made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It has a classic Larsen "P" shape across.

SP-600 SHEET PILE

Reinforced PVC sheet pile, in diameter has the shape of two connected Z – shaped steel sheet piles.

COVERING BEAM

The product has a "U" shape with an outer width of 219 mm on top, the height of the legs is 200 mm, and the wall thickness is 6 mm.

THE ROTARY ELEMENT

When constructing walls of various types of PVC sheet piling, it is necessary to rotate the wall.

During the work of our company, many projects have been implemented using PVC sheet piling of our production. Below you can find some of them, including projects in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries.

Installation of pvc sheet piles

Measures to strengthen the elements of the landscape and banks have become so popular that today it is difficult to find a plot of land, wherever they are used. PVC sheet piling is an excellent way to strengthen landscape soil due to its resistance to external influences, durability, easy installation and affordable cost.

Installation of PVC sheet piling includes: drawing up a plan, preparatory work, sinking the sheet pile and performing sheet pile work. Due to the fact that the installation of sheet piles is often performed in hard or viscous soils, various hydraulic equipment is used for installation. Also, the sinking of sheet piles can be accompanied by auxiliary washing performed with water under pressure.

PREPARATORY WORK

Before installing sheet pile walls, a plan must be drawn up. It is useful for preliminary study of possible problems and planning their solutions. Preparation includes the following works:

alignment of the fortified object or territory;

Development of the pit and installation of the launch platform;

Equipment delivery;

The fastening of the guide profile to the beam pattern.

SHEET PILING TECHNOLOGY

The viscous soil allows you to easily submerge the sheet pile to the desired depth and does not require special equipment. In this case, the device is installed in the place of immersion, after which it is gradually pressed down from above by the bucket of the excavator.

The impact method is a rather dangerous method due to the possible destruction and deformation of the PVC sheet pile. Vibratory loaders must be able to perform weak impacts with high frequency.

Such works as Bank protection or driving PVC sheet piling into dense soils need to use a preliminary increase in soil viscosity by washing away water under pressure. Most often, the installation of strengthening devices in this case is performed using special vibration equipment and in a comprehensive manner, using all possible methods.
